During the week of February 10th to 14th, the entire Intelligence & Optimization (I&O) team participated in the "DataSync: Connections & Alignments" event, a week of immersion and training held in person at Vetta's headquarters in Belo Horizonte. The event, which brought together employees from different parts of Brazil, aimed to align the team, strengthen its purpose, and promote employee professional development.
The week was intense and full of activities, combining presentations, workshops, and moments of integration. On the first day, the team participated in a "Personal Pitch," a dynamic for everyone to get to know each other better. The program also included an analysis of behavioral profiles in a playful and interactive way, using the Lego game to stimulate self-knowledge. In addition, there were practical challenges, such as mapping the skills and knowledge of each member, followed by defining the team's purpose and the keys to excellence to achieve its goals.
The event also featured the presence of important company leaders, such as CEO Ricardo Giacomin, directors Fernanda Drumond and Frederico Sampaio, and Head of People, Wagner Jeronimo. They participated in the World Coffee agenda, a chat about relevant topics for the team's future. According to the Intelligence & Optimization Manager, Marcos Cemim, this was a very significant event for the Intelligence & Optimization team. "In addition to promoting the alignment of objectives and professional development, the event provided moments of integration and relaxation, strengthening team spirit and sense of purpose. It was a unique opportunity for our team, which is spread across Brazil, to meet in person, connect, and strengthen ties between team members. We believe that investing in training like this is fundamental to achieve even more expressive results."
